Advanced Warfare Download - Keeps Going Back

To 25%.

Pause installation to play different game, restart and installation defaults back to 25%.

Left it on overnight checked it was up to 39%, come home from work installation had paused due to Xboxone update - restart and it dropped back to 25% installation.

Ring customer support they suggest hard reboot and forget 25% that was a luxury it's now been wiped from the hard drive and I'm back to freaking scratch.

Now I bought it at £90 on Sunday and 4 days later I'm no nearer.

I've started the installation / download again from scratch but has anyone else had this issue as the support said they were getting a few calls of a similar nature.

I came to the conclusion she was just making it up as she went along.....

Call of Duty Advanced Warfare trouble with downloading

Bought this game five days ago for the 360, still have yet to see a 1% download. keeps saying can't download call of duty advanced warfare. Maybe one of these days.

Not downloading

Hi i have been having problems trying to download Cod advanced warfare for a couple times now and it keeps canceling. can i get some help please?

And this is the reason I don't buy digital. That and you don't get refunds. And from the sounds of it, I think you are right.. that the customer "support" was just giving you the run-a-round.

Anyways I really hope you do get things fixed, and your are not out £90.

I hear ya mate. Just bought the AW bundle here in the states, and have been 'trying' to download/install the game for days. Seemed to freeze at either 7%, or go a bit further just to roll back to 7% later on.

This morning, I noted it was at 14%, but I then had to leave for work. I have no idea what's going to happen when I get home in 9 hours.

It seems that many are having similar issues no matter what region or ISP you have. I found it absurd that Live suggested that I check my Internet Connection to see if it was stable. As if hundreds of games all over the world who are able to sign in, enter
their download codes, all get stuck at around 7%, and then we're told to check our connection?

The lack of Live Support updates (after finally acknowledging the issue) is also deplorable. This whole thing "Check back in 30 minutes", "Cycle the power", or "We're working on a fix ASAP" is just so generic and non-descriptive is mind numbing. I'd like
to think they would credit Live members maybe a month of play is the very least they could do. Paying $449 for a bundle in which you can't download let alone access the game on Day 1 makes for a lot of frustration. So much for double XP too.

I'd think by now, I'd learn my lesson never to buy on Day 1, but alas, I keep thinking that technology advances and these downloads are thoroughly soak tested prior to day 1. That they plan for these issues in QC.....but apparently not.

The problem seems to be when you accept the update before installing. If you delete the game, reset the system, then start the install again and say "update later". Let the game fully install, then get then get the update.

There also been issue with people in preview programme installing game but they have released a update to fix it
