Advanced Warfare Digital Download - Free Upgrades when done with Live/Rewards Account

I purchased AW digital download for my Xbox 360 yesterday, it plays fine, but how/when do I get all of the extra special weapons and content that was promised to anyone who was an Xbox Rewards Member (I have both a Live subscription and am a Rewards member).
I don't see these extra special weapons in the game yet or the special exoskeleton or the personalization, or anything. Is there a problem with it right now or do I have to DO something to 'claim' the content?

This is what was advertised/promised: Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Launch Edition includes two custom weapons and the Advanced Arsenal custom exoskeleton and EM1 Quantum directed energy weapon. To receive the custom weapons and exoskeleton, please
ensure that you are an Xbox LIVE Rewards member prior to purchase. This offer expires November 10th, 2014 at 23:59 p.m. UTC. Also included is the bonus Digital Edition Personalization Pack, including a custom weapon camo, reticle set and playercard.

How do I get all of that stuff or make sure that I've gotten it?

Having the same problem ugh

Been a rewards member since they launched as well

 

I saw one person who said that codes will be emailed out by November 30th. But that doesn't make sense for a game we bought on November 3rd and the promotion ends the 11th. I tried chatting with Xbox Support and they couldn't help, they said to talk to
Activision Support, they supposedly know about the promotion and should be able to help. I'm not even sure if the extras are only for Multiplayer or are for the Campaign as well, rumor is they should be for both. But I've gotten no concrete information.
I have submitted a ticket with Activision, but still waiting for any REAL answers.

 

Yeah, their ticket system is BS. I managed to get the advance Arsenal by going here though

Now, Just have to get the Digital Personalization Pack
