Advanced Warfare and Forza Horizon 2 not popping up in queue

For some weird reason I can get advanced warfare to start downloading but I stops at 2.46 GB out of 45.84 GB. What can I do to fix this and is also making a blowing noise while it’s downloading. Is this a problem I can fix?

Thank you for contacting the Xbox Support forums. I understand that Advanced Warfare and Forza Horizon 2 are not showing in your download queue. First, please view Xbox Backward Compatible Games for a list of titles that are backwards compatible. If the title(s) you are attempting to play are on the list but still aren't showing in the queue, I would recommend attempting a Power Cycle.

Please follow these steps:

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.
   
2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.
   
3. If you DO NOT see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.
   

Once complete, try to launch the desired games again. If you are still receiving the same error, please do not hesitate to respond back to this thread.

Just downloading Advanced Warfare. It has never made this sound before.

Thank you for your response. Did you run the power cycle that was suggested? Does your console make the same sound when you attempt to play other games or does it only occur when you're downloading Advanced Warfare?
