    Open Tray Error.

    Every time that I put in the game "Modern Warfare 3", my Xbox does not even read it. It just says "Open Tray". When I put in Advanced Warfare, it reads that game right away. There are no scratches or rings on my Modern Warfare 3 disc. I don't understand
    why it does this. Can someone please help me? Is there a way to fix this error without taking apart my Xbox, or buying an entirely new Xbox? If somebody could please help me, it would be greatly appreciated.

    I am unable to download advanced warfare

    I am unable to download advanced warfare onto my xbox I purchased it through the online store and it will read "can't download call of duty: advanced warfar" or it will disconnect me from xbox live I hav a 500gb Xbox so space isn't the problem help please

    That despite the xbox.com product description page reading:

    Hey! There is over 3 million players on Advanced Warfare I do believe. There is not a streaming option for Advanced Warfare. Hope this helps!
