    Advanced Supply Drops Refund


    I had just tried purchasing some Advanced Supply Drops off of the Game Store and it gave me an error after selecting my card to purchase em with, my money is in pending transactions on my banks website and i havent recieved my supply drops at all

    Just bought the £7.99 bundle and didn't receive my drops... Anyone else had/having problems like this?

    The only ones who may be able to inspect this further and offer a potential refund would be the billing team. You will need to contact them via phone or live chat.

    Im seeing on the microsoft website on my billing overview that the amounts that are pending have a minus beside them now. does this mean its getting refunded, due to the error i got from the store page?

    Do you have any other transactions that don't have a minus in front of them? The only times I see a minus is when I get my funds from Xbox Live Rewards, so you could be being refunded.
