Advanced Replacement Time

Discus and support Advanced Replacement Time in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Can anyone who has been through the advanced replacement process tell me how long it actually takes.     Advanced Replacement Time


    Can anyone who has been through the advanced replacement process tell me how long it actually takes. I know Xbox customer support says 2 business days but it's been two and I haven't even gotten my tracking. I figure it's still in processing. Anyone know
    how long this takes? My Xbox One console had Error E303 & E304 screens.

    I put in my advanced replacement request on 11/24 and nothing. I spoke with support today and no answer when I will get mine other than they are backed up. He did said there would be something extra in the box for the trouble but wouldn't comment on what
    that was.

    Does anyone know the turn time with the advanced replacement? ...overnight, ground etch

    Advanced Replacement Time

    From my experience, it can take 2-3 business days (on average) for the console to be shipped out. At that point you should receive an email letting you know that the console is shipping and include a FedEx tracking number. From there it is up to FedEx, but
    knowing them it will be within a few more days.

    I would wait until 3-4 days after you had the AE order started before you call Xbox Support to get an update. Sometimes the AE's can be slightly delayed (probably just volume of repairs at the service center is higher than normal). Also if you started your
    order on the weekend, this will delay the order slightly as FedEX only ships priority mail on Saturday, and Sunday they are closed.

  5. Hahaha! You got taken! Get ready for a wait. It took over a week for me to receive mine, and when I got the refurbished unit, it wouldn't even get past the initial mandatory update. Tried manually updating from USB flash and that didn't work either.

    Mine took 8 days to receive, which seems like a reasonable time.

    Thanks everyone for the info. I'm used to the Xbox and it's issues, (had to get my 360 repaired twice), but it would be nice if they had lower failure rates. JDangles, that sucks. Crossing my fingers.

    I phoned them on last Friday evening (31st Jan) and the console arrived today (5th Feb) but I received all the info on mail pretty much straight away. It arrived by UPS and I am in the UK.
