    I need to get a replacement for my defective Xbox One - I have the same problem as described in this 90 page thread: http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_support/xbox_one_support/f/4269/t/1805665.aspx?pi7962=90. The high-pitched buzzing noise is EXTREMELY
    annoying.

    However, when I go to request service in the Online Service Center the message I receive is "Advanced Exchange Service Unavailable". I am more than willing to pay the extra $69.99 to do this, so why the *** isn't it letting me do so?

    Advanced exchange service available

    Afraid not.

    The advanced exchange doesn't work like that.

    What they do is take the price of the console from your bank account ( a placeholder) & send you a replacement console which will be the same type of console you are sending in for repair.

    You then have a certain amount of time to send of your broken console & once they receive it & inspect it they then refund the money.

    If you want a xbox one x then you would need to buy one separately.

    Hello everyone, I have a problem with my xbox one s, practically when I play some games like the last COD or PUBG, often the game crashes, and the TV emits an annoying sound.

    I tried several software tests with Microsoft support but we did not solve it.

    I have read that you can participate in our advanced exchange program. Could I leave my xbox one s and take a new xbox one x giving the difference? thank you

    I believe the advanced replacement requires a $400 hold on a credit card too.

    I may have the wording or term wrong. Did you get an error message or prompt?

    Thanks Shawn8210, I am simply voicing to allow others to see what has happened. I know i can't sort anything out from here. That's why i started to request for a advance exchange prior to this post. Even this failed as it says the service is unavailable
    XD love it.

    Well you could return to your retailer for a exchange or call support up to ask for a repair at a service centre or even a advanced exchange.
