    Hi there,

    I was wondering if I will be able to use so called Advanced Exchange in my case, which is:

    I already have Xbox One but it suffers controller dicsonnections issue, that's why I would like to exchange it.

    Will there be an Advanced Exchange option after Xbox One will be officially released here in Poland for my Xbox One (which was brought from Germany or UK - I'm not sure)?

    Xbox Poland gave us Exclusive Promotion to buy new Xbox One console with discount. There is only one condition - your account must be registered in Poland. When I first bought Xbox 360 10 years ago, I choose United Kingdom as my region, because that was
    the only way to have Xbox Live (there was no official support for Poland). But after some time it changed. Poland got an official support and now we have Xbox Live. So I have changed my region to Poland. It was few years ago. And now I can not get my discount,
    because the original registration was in UK. How to fix it?

    Tomorrow is the last day before I'm suppose to get an email from the advocacy team- it's been pushed back everytime I called and ask why I wasn't contacted. Been through 3 now and the latest one I received on an advanced exchange was a used one with an
    error code- so if you add the total time it's been well over 3 weeks on just this last exchange. Talk to someone different everytime so they don't care what they tell you. Advocacy team can't respond because they have no solutions- I was originally told
    I was one of very few people having issues but after venting in these forums you just see issue after issue. I've been on live for 6-7 yrs now and I have never had so many problems with a console- everytime I've had to call and trouble shoot or uninstall and
    reinstall my disks I have told them that everything will be cool with me if you send me a working Xbox one- and that's 3 consoles with no luck. So I'm left just waiting still from this phantom advocacy team.

    Advanced Exchange for Poland (after official release)?

    There may be in the future after an official release, but honestly in that time if you can set up a standard exchange you might as well do that. The few weeks it would take to swap it out will more than likely be much faster than waiting for another option
    to open up and then setting that up.

    I would do that but it will be my 4th! exchange... I don't want to waste my time anymore Advanced Exchange for Poland (after official release)? ;)

    Have you had the same issue with each system? If you have, we may need to look somewhere beyond the system itself because the odds of the system have the same effect on three different consoles is unlikely.

    How much longer?

    When I did my Advance Exchange, they held $400 but then released the funds immediately after. Not sure if that was supposed to be released, but it was. The $15 wasn't that big of a deal for me. I was just happy to have a working console.
