Advanced exchange console system error

Discus and support Advanced exchange console system error in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I received my new console and when I try to start it up I just get a system error and nothing else.     I received my new console and when I try to start it up I just get a system error and nothing else. What should I do?

    Service ????

    Nine days old Xbox One console and then
    System Error

    Then Advanced Exchange service for a new console

    Three days processing time.

    Why so long to ship a new
    Xbox One ?

    A dissatisfied customer.

    Sorry to hear it. Try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. If that does not work then you'll need to contact phone support to get another console.

    I tried all of those with support.

    I'm more worried about the exchange message I'm getting. Ive tried all day and keep getting the same error message..

    The error message you are receiving indicates an issue with a system update for the Xbox One console.

    To resolve this issue you will need to perform an offline update on your console.

    This solution will work for the following error messages / Status codes: E-100, E-101, E-203, E-305, 8007019x, 800701E7, 80072xx, 8019019x, 87DDxx, and 8B050033

    ** Note: (x) is a variable and can differ on a case by case basis.

    To perform the steps you will need a USB device and a Windows PC as Apple is not able to use the format needed.

    Initial update (Right out of the box) - You will want to use OSUDT1

    Any updates after initial update - You will want to use OSUDT2

    If the update were to fail, you can also reset your console to factory default by using the third option on the list and then trying to obtain the update again.

    If these steps do not resolve the issue, you will need a console repair. Console repairs can be setup

    The Advanced Exchange is a great option. When you receive your replacement console, you will want to immediately pack up your broken console and return it ASAP, following the instructions included in the replacement package.

    You would be charged the price of a console IF Microsoft does not receive your broken console within the specified time-frame. Unless you tampered with your console, you won't have any issues. In the event they determine you have tampered with the console,
    and thus voided the warranty, they would simply return your defective machine, and expect you to return the replacement they sent you. My guess is that you have not tampered with the console, so no worries. :)
