    Not really sure about the legal actions but have at it.

    I have been looking for the digital 360 version for my son. He would be able to upgrade for free that way on his account and we can game on the One together (not the same One). He could still game with his friends who are still using the 360 only. But
    I can order the digital editions everywhere for anything. Even the PS3. Yet the 360 has yet to have it show up that I can find. Mostly find posts about people looking for it. A few who contacted MS and so far the most I have seen is it will be available
    on the 4th. Shame to miss the Day Zero edition which includes access on the 3rd and 2x xp if that is the case. Also would mean that if the Live download is slow with a lot of people downloading that same day (this is likely) we may not be able to play it
    then either. Might just hold out on it if that is the case and Halo: MCC it for a while. Have 2 physical copies of that ordered.

    Dont sue bruh, If you buy it on the xbox 360 then it will be available for free on the xbox one. But you have to download it.

    I still see the video on xbox live, and it even says that all of your gamer stays will transfer as well, unlike any other game.

    The free update works if you bought a digital 360 copy of Advance Warfare and are transferring to the XB1 - NOT the other way around. Also,
    the offer starts tomorrow.
