Advance warfare issue

    For some reason every time I start a zombie match the sound cuts(Video demonstration)
    off right at the beginning of the game and I am not able to hear sound from the game and I have to completely restart the xbox one to hear sound from the game again. It happens every time I try to play zombies.

    Not only that but the frame rate gets really bad right after as soon as I open the first door(Video
    Demonstration
    ). It's like the game drops 58 frames and starts playing at 2 frames per second. I know its not online lag because it does the same exact thing when I play locally.

    I've tried uninstalling the game and re-installing it again but that did not help. I payed $15 just to play Exo-Zombies and now I can't even play it.

    What a waste of money and bandwidth.

    Hopefully someone can help me through a fix if not, i'm going to get my money back.

    Doesn't team killing usually result in the killing players being kicked?

    I don't play it anymore. I got tired of the abusive messages for getting in the way of peoples gun fights lol.

    Hey there Pr0viNG4Gr0uNDz!

    I'm sorry to see the odd issues there and apologies for the delay!

    My first question is if the issue is still occurring? If so let's try following some of these steps below to power cycle the Xbox One console, which will clear the system cache.

    • Press and hold the power button on the Xbox One console for 10 seconds, or until the unit is fully powered off.
    • Unplug the power supply from the back of the Xbox One console and let it sit for 5 minutes.
    • Plug the power back in and power on.
    After following those steps, check if the issue persists. If the issue persists, let's try uninstalling and reinstalling the add-on for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. To do so, follow these steps:

    • Hover over the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare tile and press the Menu button on your controller.
    • On the pop up menu, select 'Manage Game'.
    • Navigate to the 'Havoc DLC' tile and press the menu button on your controller to uninstall the Havoc DLC.
    • Once the DLC has fully uninstalled, press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • Power back on and navigate back to Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare's Manage Game screen.
    • Reinstall Havoc from the 'Ready to Install' menu.
    Post back and let us know how that goes! Be sure to follow each and every step! Advance warfare issue :D

  5. What I did was completely uninstalled the base game and the dlc, cleared the cache and downloaded everything all over again and that fixed my issue. Deleting, reinstalling the DLC its self and clearing the cache did not work.

    Also when installing xbox one games from disc, its best to do it while in offline mode because it takes way longer to install for some reason when you're connected online.
