    Hey,

    I'm rewards-member since 09. January 2017. Since than I ordered in advance Halo Wars 2 (09 Jan. 2017), Ghost Recon Wildlands (15 Jan. 2017) and Mass Effect Andromeda (15 Jan. 2017). When I ordered Wildlands and Andromeda there already was one of three holes
    filled on my punch card (for Halo Wars, I guess). Since than there was only one hole added, although I ordered two additional games from your list. Please check my orders in advance and correct the punch card, so that I will get the rewards I deserve.

    credits are not recognized

    Hello,

    I have already bought credits for my account, but it is not possible to use them since I receive an information from Microsoft to contact the support team.

    The only code that appears in the screen is jsjbwapycuahho5m.2.1.1

    I have also tried to use gift cards, but it is also not recognized by the game.

    Could you please assist me?

    Lets see if in English I get an answer:

    Why, pré-orders does not count for the stars ranking? Pre-orders are the best deal for MS and the producers, after all, we are paying for something in advance.

    Why do not receive points for the ranking if I buy a game one day before it releases but receive buying it one day after the release?

    You will receive the rewards, there has been a hold-up on the Mass Effect punch activating. The reward team will review and update you here.

    They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply. They do not reply on weekends.

    You can keep an eye on the order at http://account.microsoft.com As long as it doesn't say it's been cancelled, you shouldn't have a problem. It'll still probably be a few days before it's actually charged.

    I am in the same boat. I pre-ordered the game and the punch card didn't recognize my order and I can't mark as complete the step 1 from the promotion.
