Adult Xbox Accounts not Fully Functional

I have four adult accounts in my Xbox one family. When trying to change the profile pictures for Two of those accounts I discovered that they are somehow being read as child accounts. They show as adult accounts on both the Xbox and the ms website. I need
full adult account functionality for these two profiles. Thank you.

Not sure about amazon. They might insist you send the whole console back but don't know.

Microsoft should send you a new day one controller if you go through them

I bought the Xbox One Day One Edition (it was delivered yesterday). Everything works great except the up button on the D-Pad. Small problem but I want a controller that works. Is that something that I go through amazon to get a new controller or do I
go through microsoft?

When you remove the 2 adult accounts from the family, are you able to change the profile pics on them?

I had it issue a while ago with my account being on the family gold plan. My account is and always has been an adult account but when I was under a family it was seen and treated as a child account. The only way I could fix it was to remove it from the family.
