    i've bought a second hand xbox. I wanted to play a game (18+) but the xbox asked for a code. I don't know the code and I don't know the ander to the question either. The person I bought the xbox from says the xbox is brand New and she knows not hing about
    this code. Is there a way to delete this option?

    there is no parental account on XBOX

    You are minor and you need and adult do this

    Promote child to adult

    You have to set whether the account will be adult = no borders or childhood and it is in privacy & security.

    Check privacy and security online in the settings, if you have it configured for children it will not allow you to play adult games
