    Stop the ads

    Surely whoever is running ads here isn't actually paying for them, are they? Especially the one's that just show up as a black box - that seem the be the one's more responsible for stopping the screen? My theory - everyone at Microsoft
    associated with these games who might actually play them gets Premium access so they don't see this "feature"...

    Stop the ads

    It doesn't matter if you get the ads or not. I have the premium version and don't get the ads but still have the problems with downloading new puzzles. Everytime I try to download a new puzzle series the game closes out.

    It's VERY frustrating!

    I concur.... I play the normal jigsaw and I have been counting.... I have enough time to play 2 pieces (3 if I am lucky), then I have to wait anywhere from 10 seconds to a whole minute before the new ad loads (often the very ad that was just there). Then
    I can play 2-3 pieces again.... SO FRUSTRATING!!!! I have been a HUGE fan of this game since Win 10 came out, and to have it broken like this makes me even more upset.... The ads may be annoying but I know that I wouldn't be able to play this amazing game
    otherwise.... but when you can't even play!!! It's not even worth playing. I have gotten to the point where I avoid this game under extreme duress. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!

    PS: This game helps me with my panic attacks.... loosing a life-line like this is disconcerting.

    Agreed. Stick with the Google Ad sense style ads until you can figure out how to get the video ads working properly. Or just leave video between puzzles. Something! This is a super fun game, but the frustration that these freezes are causing isn't worth
    coming back for day after day.
