    Ads on Xbox 360 dashboard for Xbox one bundles


    I have a ad on my Xbox 360 promoting the Xbox one s 500gb gears of war 4 and halo 5 special edition for $329.99 but when I go to the website like the ad says to. It is $379. No support seems to "be able to do anything" about the price. Xbox and Microsoft
    needs to Honor their ads. I have the ad so someone needs to help me order the Xbox one. Even if the ad goes away I have been trying 2 days to get help ordering this so come on Xbox honor your advertisements don't have ads that you're unwilling to fulfill.
    So Xbox/Microsoft needs to contact me to fix this.

    Smh! Xbox one is not looking good world wide!

    When it comes to the ads, not much really changes for the worse.

    - you have ads now on the Xbox 360 & you'll have ads on the Xbox One. No change.

    - ads on the Xbox 360 can use the Kinect & so can Xbox One ads. No change.

    - specific ads will target you based on what the Kinect sees. Good or bad? You decide.

    Unfortunately, the ad you are referring to was placed in error last week and should no longer be shown. Are you still seeing this ad reflected on your Xbox 360 dashboard? If so, can you provide us with an updated screenshot please?
