Ads do not play in Microsoft Solitaire

I have the same issue, and more...the game timer starts in background and continues to run until that game is completed, even though the player has never been presented with the initial game board or initiated play with the required click...the game timer
continues to accumulate. My thought...inadequate server bandwidth, as the issue does not present later in afternoon or evening or after midnight...early on day of game release situations are rare but begin around mid-morning and continue until participation
levels reach 200K+, and tail-off. All that said, my updates are current...yada, Yada...the game popularity has taken off and it's free so, my bet is it may not be solved too soon. Thanks anyway.

uninstall reinstall M$ Solitaire Collection resolved my issues.

I'm having the same problem. Solitaire crashes after Oral B ad is played. No other ads do this.

The Solitaire Collection ran just fine yesterday. It showed the ad, you viewed the ad, then used the "X" in the top right corner, which brought you back to the solitaire game you were trying to play. Today, after the ad runs, it automatically takes you
to the Microsoft store. When you exit the store it brings you back to the solitaire game but runs another ad, then brings you to the Microsoft store. This happens repeatedly and you can't get past the ad to play the game. I'm wondering if the free version
of these games is going to not longer be available, or if MS is planning to fix this issue.

Hello did you check and make sure that its not a subscriptions that you have to buy yearly?
