Ads are not removed

Discus and support Ads are not removed in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I paid $14.99 to get ads removed for a year and yet, there are still ads. What is up?     I paid $14.99 to get ads removed for a year and yet, there are still ads. What is up? If your not going to remove the ads, give me my money back.

    Ads on my Dashboard

    I don't have a TV/Satellite Service, or a magazine subcription. Xbox Live did not used to have ads but now they do, but they are undesired. I am requesting to have them removed.
