Ads Appearing

I have paid the $10 fee for the last two years to have no ads. In the last couple of weeks, I have had at least 8 ads pop up and seems to be getting worst. What is going on? My subscription does not end until January.

Also, why can we not pay one fee for ads on our account instead of per game suite. Seems a bit much.

Removing Inappropriate Ads On Microsoft Bingo

How do I disable inappropriate ads on Microsoft Bingo? Some of the ads are annoying but this evening ads are appearing which are morally inappropriate.

In the Microsoft Solitaire Suite

 

I paid for no ads in the Microsoft Solitaire Suite app/game. I would log into the app to do the daily games and when I select a game, a ad would appear before the game would come up to click play on. At the bottom of the ad, it would say you can get
rid of these by clicking here, which I have already done.

 

I would try signing out of the game and/or the Xbox app and Windows Store then sign back in to see if that clears up the issue.

 

I have done that. Typical support answer, turn it off and then back on.

Seems I get the ad the first time I log on and try to play a game each day.
