Adobe flash is obsolete. It will be completely discontinued soon, most browsers no longer support it and block it.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you that you are inquiring about Adobe Flash Player being supported on Xbox One.

Apps, or software being supported on the console is purely up to the developer, in this case Adobe.

I will link an old thread
here as a similar question has been answered by Xbox Forums ArminatorX where he also links an article as to what would be an additional reason
as to why this may not be supported in the future.

adobe stopped making flash player available for consoles and phones. has nothing to do with xbox. no console has flash player on their web browser because flash player for consoles doesn't exist. you can hope all you want but it's never going to happen.
blame adobe not xbox.

Flash player is not a microsoft platform. It's made by Adobe.

Adobe have already abandoned flash on Linux, playstation, android and others so the chance of it coming to xbox are non existant.
