Admitted reputation system failure

After three months of no change in my reputation I decided to call Xbox support two nights ago. Because of bogus player reports, in Forza of all games, I'm an avoided player. They keep telling me I have to play more to fix my rep but you are unable to get
games when you are marked avoid me. It is literally impossible to do the only thing that they say can fix this. They couldn't disagree so they are now giving out refunded Xbox live trials for anyone affected because admittedly they said the only way to use
Xbox live properly is to create a new gamertag. It's sad that such a large company can't fix this. I wonder how many paying customers they lose in the process.

Hello S1Charles,

I am sorry that you are having this problem. The system that the Xbox Staff has put in the Next Gen console is still being worked on and experimented with. They are aware of this problem and are trying their best to improve it. There is really nothing we
can actually do at this point as the system they have made cannot be simply modified as what you think. It's a complicated system. They cannot control who gives you a good review. I know where your coming from, the best thing I can tell you in this situation
is to just relax. Saying bad things will not help you, what I can tell you is to try to message some friends, get them to give you good reviews. I will give you a good review as I feel bad that you cannot play any games.

I hope your problem is fixed soon, as I will try to help you also.

I feel bad for you really as you're a so called administrator and you're completely uninformed. They could shut the rep system down tonight until it is fixed if they wanted to and in regards to giving good reviews to other people, that doesn't exist on the
Xbox one. You must still have a 360 and not understand how much of an investment the Xbox one is only to not be able to play it so don't tell me to relax. Why don't you keep your useless advice to yourself and allow the paying customer to voice their opinion
on a public forum as it should be.

I believe in the spirit of the new rep system as what they want is for people to be decent to each other. As far as being administrators, we are not admins., we are just gamers like you that try to help others so sometimes we do lack some information. I
can not say that the new rep system is working as they intended, but it is not for me to speculate on if that is true or not. There was supposed to be safeguards in place to keep bogus complaints from counting towards your rep. Right now the best advise I
can give you is to try to get some of your friends to play co-op campaign games. Vs. will not work because if the other team is not full of players of the same rep, you will not get in the game. You can also try to post on the forum of each game you play to
see if there are others with the same rep that you can get together with to get some multiplayer going. You should also post your suggestions for the rep system in the uservoice forum here:
Xbox Ideas, powered by UserVoice or check to see if there is already a forum post going on this subject and vote on it. This is all anybody here can give you as this is not a support issue, it is an enforcement
issue and we can not help with enforcement issues.

As I previously stated, If someone is intimidated by your, or anyone else's actions, it can be enough evidence to backup a report. No matter what happened, if a player felt that you weren't following the rules in anyway, shape or form, that is suitable evidence
to report that player.

And it already looks like you have been replied to multiple times.

Why can you guys not just admit that the reputation system is flawed and abused and sometimes people get reported and lose reputation when they have done nothing wrong?
