Sorry, but support typically gives wrong information when it comes to the forums, or sends people here when there's nothing else they can do. Unfortunately, the probably don't have an exact answer for you which is why they send you here.

As far as I know, gold should cut off around the same time of day you originally entered it. If it is cutting off early, the only thing you can do is contact support.

I guess I would just to know why I don't get the full time I paid for That's all so simple as that if I pay for 3 months at 4 PM then my live shouldn't end till 4 PM Just give me a honest answer & a solution so this doesn't keep happening not the first time
