-ADMIN- Really friendly support guy

Hello,

This is my first time posting on the Xbox Community Forums - I know I shouldn't really make a post about customer satisfaction but I did originally use the Xbox Live Chat to talk to support about a issue I had with the Xbox Ambassador Team website and the
Xbox Enforcement Team website (where I can do the votes etc,etc) I chatted with a support person his support name was called Keith this guy deserves a pay rise or something for his hard work. Its wrong that hard workers such as Keith work really hard yet they
aren't exactly noticed - he's just seen as a normal Microsoft employee. All they are given is their pay and they go home and do their daily living. I would vouch for Keith 100% all the way here. He delt with my problem within minutes, he remained professional
and polite the whole time. I want him praised for his hard work, whether that's a thank you gift from Microsoft or a promotion I don't care he just deserve something for his loyalty to the corporation.

Gamertag change

the xbox support guy said that doing this would make it to where they would change my gt they keep getting their freinds to add me and stuff its getting really annoying are you an admin or an ambassador

 

To support people

On xbox360, guy with gamertag called bobbyblanco1 threatened me with a swat. I thought this was a family friendly thing xbox, i mean really? Come on now.

 

Well that is really nice but hes just doing what hes paid to do there are many more like him
