Admin please give us a proper answer for this on going problem

Please tell us when the chat not working after a ban is going to be sorted out, this is getting beyond a joke, is it to much to ask for a time scale on when it will be fixed the other thread is well over 1400 posts now and not one of you has given one single
proper answer just the usual we are looking into it, i am going to write to all the gaming websites and send them over to that thread to see just how bad the customer service is. It may not go anywhere but then again it might.

I live in Syria, I had no problems whatsoever with signing in before, just 2 months ago this issue comes up.

Again living in this region "Syria " doesn't mean that we are no human beings...

Sorry you're having issues after your communications suspension. The Xbox team is currently working on this issue, however are unable to provide an ETA for resolution. Please follow this thread. When there is a solution the answer will be posted there.

 

Hahaha. Same copy and pasted message they've been posting since October. GG. yeah, go to the thread that has 100 pages where there hasn't been a SINGLE answer or response from anyone employed by Microsoft. That'll def. help your situation.

 

Hey, DaCannonn! That thread is definitely *super* useful because it's had the same message forever now. I'm sure by now, anyone would be happy with a response that's not generic, copy-and-paste.

Since the Enforcement team is the only one that can fix it, anyone who is still waiting for a fix for it will be waiting until they fix it. The suggested fixes for it are to power cycle, remove then re-add your profile, or submit a case review. Other than
that, we're all just waiting for the Enforcement team to fix it.
