    ADMIN CAN YOU HELP?


    I got comms banned for a second time, the first offence I was guilty but this second one is uncalled for. I submitted a review but this action seems to take longer then to get banned. I play Rainbow six siege and looking at the posts most people that play
    gets banned. This is because you get matched up against higher ranked players and if you beat them they rage or if they are on your team swear at you. I had this happen to me on several occasions. After they rage they report you, and well here we are (me)
    trying to clear my name while those guys can still talk to their friends. How is this positive towards gaming? Can you help a innocent guy?

    Agree totally. As the server owner I get all the flak. We have at least 10 admins on the server at peak times. Players should know which admin kicked them and why.There should be a mechanism where you could select and send a pre prepared message to warn someone. I've never kicked a player for killing me and there's a long list of them!

    If you want faster help I would recommend you try and phone/ live chat with a employee with microsoft who will point you in the right direction.

    Dependent upon what "email has been deleted" means will help me point you in the right direction... The email address that you use to login to the acct on xbox.com is the email linked to the gamertag. If say for instance this was a school acct i.e. and you're
    no longer a student the email still exists w/in the @live.com domain. You should still be able to login to xbox.com

    My son has a gamertag that is linked to a comm college acct that I haven't used in years but I can still use that email address to access his acct via xbox.com

    See if you can login to xbox.com this way

    you have the same IP? If yes - you need to get help from the Network Admin of your Buliding's Network. You should not connect with the same IP to the Internet. Maybe he can do something.

    It could be possible that it will work if you IPv6. But you have to ask your Network admin if you can connect with IPv6.
