    Adera purchases


    Purchased all 5 Adera Episodes in 2013 and now I can download the game but my purchases are not there (only episode 1 is playable, other episodes require another purchase)

    Any possible way to download the purchased episodes again (I tried signing in with the same account that I used for purchase)?

    We thank you for bringing this inquiry to our forums community, and understand that this concerns a Luxury edition for
    Adera available through the Windows store.

    There does not seem to be a Luxury edition, or any other edition besides the Lite version of the game. Could you clarify what exactly is occurring? Could you provide information on what version of the game this is?

    Clarify this for us so that we can provide the best information possible.

    Hey there Mark! I believe you would need to be signed into the purchasing account to download and play the purchased content. I tried this out with Adera on two of my accounts and was not able to play it on the second. Sorry for the confusion here, but I

    Unable to Purchase Adera Episode 2

    So, this is how I solved this problem...

    1. Uninstalled Xbox (through Power Shell), and restarted my computer.

    2. Downloaded Xbox (from the Windows Store), installed Xbox, and restarted my computer.

    3. Uninstalled Adera (right click on the app and select Uninstall), and restarted my computer.

    4. Downloaded Adera (from the Windows Store)

    5. The first time opening Adera, through the app, I clicked on Buy the Collectors Edition.

    Viola!!!
