Adera: Downloadable Content Error

When I try to download and install the remainder of the first episode of Adera, at the installation stage, it has the following error:

Downloadable Content Error

An unexpected error occurred while acquiring content. Please refer to error code: Verify Failed

When I have tried to find out what is going wrong in forums and other means using any obvious keywords, I cannot seem to find anything that really helps or applies. This is a new laptop running Windows 8.1, if this helps. Where might I be going wrong?

I can't download Adera Episodes 2 & 3...

I can't download Adera Episodes 2 & 3 because I get the following error message: "Downloadable Content Error: An unexpected error occured while acquiring content. Please refer to error code: 0x80072EF1 - Partial download failed to complete!.." Is there something
I can do to get this to finally download? If not I would like a refund for Episodes that I purchased of Adera.

I've removed Adera Lite in case of a conflict and initially it looked like it might work but then popped up with 0x80070002 Partial download failed to complete hash. Now it won't even begin downloading. I have restarted my system several times but to no
avail. Would really appreciate some help here.
