    Addressing Xbox Series 2 Elite Controller Issues


    The Xbox Series 2 Elite Controller was released on Nov 4, 2019 and already there are a large majority of users who have reported many issues with the device that are not being addressed. My questions to Microsoft is: do you plan on addressing the wide range
    of issues with this device that are being brought to your attention? Updating the controller is not the answer to fix all problems. Neither is the option to just buy another one, considering the huge price tag of the controller. We are all excited about the
    next gen series, but it's worrisome that you won't address the long ranging issues of a device that hasn't been out on the market for even a year. Ambassadors, I appreciate your time and input, but I think it's time to allow someone who works for Microsoft
    to address this one. The price tag is way too high to accept this laying down, and a 90-day warranty isn't enough for obvious defects.

    Sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with the current Xbox controllers, however, the question forum is the incorrect place to post your feedback. Unless you are asking about current Xbox controller advancements in-which case that would be the Xbox Elite Controller
    Series 1 and Xbox Elite Controller Series 2. The Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 being the newest on the market and being awarded,
