    Xbox One repair centre problem

    When sending a console off for repair, do you need to put any documentation in the box (name/address etc)? The email I received just said to put the console in a box & to stick the prepaid UPS label on the box

    Internal Hard Drive dont work after the system update

    less than a month from sending for repair and replacing my xbox360 - the same thing happened to the replacement refurbished console - this is ridiculous - sending it back yet again for service - 8 consoles died now - three different addresses and states,
    all consoles running off surge protected boards - only consoles that i have had problems with is the 360, still running a ps2 and original xbox with no problems address for sending the console :(

    If it's like it is here in the U.K. then you can phone UPS & organise for them to pick the console up from your house as long as you have the tracking number on the label you should of been given/emailed.

    have you used UPS before? I don't even know where to go on CAN UPS the website is confusing af. The warranty is almost up and I haven't shipped it cause this confusing UPS shipping company is different, I paid the 14.55 would that
    make the warranty safe. I'm assuming you tried the States UPS? how was your device when you got it back? how wouldn't they tell where it came from? the info would be on the box they probably have to scan and send it off...if it had all the codes on the box
    to where it's supposed to go if it went to CAN post and shipped it I don't think they would avoid the box and send it back and not look at it... Microsoft sounds a bit strict
