Does anyone know the address for microsoft?

My son was recently given a 7 day suspension because some of his so called friends decided it would be funny to lie and say my son had used inappropriate language while on xbox live. They admitted at school the next day they had made up it up and got him
suspended for a laugh!

His xbox in is in the dining room and I was working at the table the whole time he was on, so I know he didnt used any inappropriate language at time the enforcement team said he did.

We have been through the case review who seem to have done a thorough investigation in less then a day! They have clearly not read what we have put properly (I wonder if it is a human or a computer reading and reviewing) as we told them these children had
ganged up to report my son for a laugh but they said my son shouldnt have said what he had 'even as a joke, ' They have missed the point that I have told them that the other children have done this to my son as a joke! I would like to contact microsoft and
ask for the evidence they feel they clearly have on my son.

I would hate to think that microsoft would penalize players just on the heresay of other players. I would hope the enforcement team treat people fairly. The team has not presented myself with the hard evidence and now the case review has been upheld, there
is from what I have seen no other way to contact them so this leaves me having to write to microsoft themselves.

I do feel from what has happened to my son microsofts’ enforcement team are encouraging cyberbullying and allowing bullies to get away with making things up in order to bully other children.

If anyone could advise me as to where I can go from here I would be very grateful. I do feel that microsoft need to look at their enforcement practise and how it is managed otherwise across the world they are encouraging people to abuse the system they have
in place to protect users.

Sorry to hear that your son has came with a suspended and it has upset yourself and of course your son.

It goes strictly to the enforcement team which you can find on this link enforcement.xbox.com , I do apologize that is the only form of contact with the enforcement team.

I know that the enforcement team are very strict but normally act on evidence provided to them, Either via messages or within games itself. I would have to say as a personal opinion , if these so called "friends" have done this as a joke then it might be
a joke to far from what they your son might of said or done in game that could be classed as a break of code of conduct. But If you feel that your son is of course being cyber bullied by these people. Please report and block these people, I can only apologize
about the situation being very limited that it is.

The only other suggestion is of course feedback to Microsoft which you can do via support, But you cannot use that function to get to the enforcement team, You can leave your feedback with the agent to pass on is all I can suggest.

How the enforcement system works:

1. A message is sent.

2. The person that received that message thinks that message is a violation of the code of conduct and reports that message to the enforcement team.

3. The enforcement team will then investigate the message to determine if there was a violation of the code of conduct.

4. If there was a violation of the code of conduct then that is when they will put the suspension onto the account.

5. If there was not a violation of the code of conduct then no suspension will be put onto the account and the person that made the reports gamertag will go into a database and if they have to many false reports then they can have an enforcement action placed
onto their account.

When you do a case review.

Another member of the enforcement team will reinvestigate the report and determine if there was really a violation of the code of conduct and if there was not then they will lift the suspension if it was a valid report then that is when they uphold the original
decision.

enforcement checks every report. the case review is the only thing you can do. the code of conduct is clear, if there's a violation it can result in a ban.

Everything address wise seems to be correct with my console and microsoft account...(microsoft address and console address are the same)
