    hi i currently have an xbox 360 with 3 months left on the x box live subscription i am getting an xbox one for xmas and my family have already purchashed another 12 months live subscription can i add this to my current 3months that are left to make it 15
    months or do i lose the 3 months ?

    NOW IM CONFUSED AS I CHATTED TO AN AMBASSADOR ON HERE AND THEY SAID I WOULD LOSE THE 3 MONTHS ???????

    Whoever told you that is wrong.

    You can stack up to 36 months worth of xbox live gold subscriptions so you will not lose anything by adding your 12 month sub to your existing sub.
