  1. Additional suspension, no option to make case review


    On Oct 21, 2017 I received a suspension for Communication till Nov 4, 2017. Oct 22, 2017 I received an additional suspension for Harassment Abuse and Threats that would've ended Nov 5, 2017. On November 6th I still had a suspension so I contacted xbox support
    because I wasn't able to submit a case review so the suspensions on Oct 21 and 22nd had "ended" and support told me my console was banned till Nov 21, 2017. Then I contact xbox support once again because my suspension would've ended around 9:25pm and I was
    still suspended at 11pm. Support told me that I had a suspension from Oct 22, 2017 to Jan 30, 2018. Now that suspension was never mentioned anywhere until I spoke with support today. I wasn't able to submit a case review because November 4th and 5th passed
    and that was when I was supposed to be unbanned according to the website. When did this additional suspension come in since I never received an email stating my suspension would go on to Jan 30, 2018 and support that I spoke to told me my suspension would
    end at multiple different times. Is my suspension actually from October 22nd 2017 to January 30th 2018 and if so why aren't I able to make a case review on https://enforcement.xbox.com and why isn't
    it stated anywhere that is when my suspension would be lifted? Also in the email I was sent on October 22nd, it stated "Your Xbox One console communications and multiplayer privileges have been suspended due to harassment or bullying behavior. This
    suspension has a duration of: Communications, 30 days. Multiplayer, 7 days." so I am wondering what can I do at this point since I can't get in touch with enforcement at all and everything being told to me is different each time.

    I believe that there is no case review option anymore since the new suspension is just an extension of the one that just ended on which you already submitted a case review.

  5. first question are you able to get online and play or communicate with any other profile on your console?

    if the answer is no then it would be a console ban and you should have received an email for that letting you know (check your spam folder) console bans are not eligible for case reviews and the only way you would know is by calling xbox support and they
    can tell you if its a console or profile ban.

    If it was just a profile ban enforcement has been giving out longer bans 90-100 days (for people that have had excessive bans) which sounds like that may have been what you where hit with then those again are not eligible for a review either and would not
    show up on the enforcement teams website but you still should have gotten an email with information about any enforcement action that has happened to your account again I would check the spam junk mail folders.

    Hi there,

    Regrettably, as your suspension is for 24 hours, the option for a case review will not be available. We can only advise you to ride out the time. Enforcement will not issue additional suspensions on your account, for the same report.

    As far as your suspension you can do a case review if longer than a day. Also, just keep blocking and reporting the many profiles.

    For information about the ban, you would need to go to Enforcement website<https://enforcement.xbox.com/>.If
    the suspension is longer than 24 hours you can file a case review. If the suspension is longer than 24 hours you can submit a case review.

    Enforcement website. If the suspension is longer than 24 hours you can submit a case review.They are the
    only ones that can do anything with the suspension. The length of the suspensions are determined by the severity of the violation of the code of conduct.
