    So in the middle of gaming, my Xbox Live connection shut off and will not connect back even though I have a network connection, smh. My home screen states "Connect to Xbox Live" while showing my online friends as if I am connected to online. Apparently
    there is a bug in the update, which took place a couple days ago, the customer service explained to me....... great just great
