    I am trying to talk to my friends through the xbox app on my pc, and it keeps disconnecting me and when I go to networking it says next to Server Connectivity, "Blocked" and right under it reads "This may impact your ability to play multiplayer games." And
    under that it gives a link that reads "Click here for more information." I went there and it told me numerous solutions. I tried all of them and everything was in order. My firewall was on and everything the support page instructed for me to do I did, but
    yet I still get this issue.

    I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING ( all the useless support links) EVEN REINSTALLED WINDOWS

    Still get BLOCKED at random times!

    This is really bad coming from a big Company like MS

    Steam, Origin and all the other platforms have always worked - login - play - bam - noproblem !

    So My network is perfectly fine but, my xbox is saying it cant connect and my router isnt blocking it. Can someone please help???

    Are you able to post a screenshot of the port configuration screen?

    Also please make sure you have the correct Protocol for each port!

    They are as follow:

    • Port 88 (UDP)
    • Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
    • Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
    • Port 80 (TCP)
    • Port 500 (UDP)
    • Port 3544 (UDP)
    • Port 4500 (UDP)

    Thanks for coming to the forums. If the game pass ultimate is active that contains Xbox live gold. Have you tried to play any other multiplayer games? This may be a connection to the game server issue. If able to connect to other multiplayer games, try
    rebooting your network hardware. Personally had issues with call of duty servers myself was the only game servers had issues with i ended up

    port forwarding     and it helped.

    I'm sorry to hear about any issues regarding the

    Server Connectivity    . Please go to
    Start menu > Windows Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking > Xbox Live Multiplayer

    What does it say for the NAT Type and Server Connectivity? Do you see the option to troubleshoot or "Fix" the network
    on the page for the Xbox Networking?
