Hi, i'm getting this problem around the house on our Xbox one devices. We are running on PlusNet Fibre optics. Always running at a constant speed at around 25 MBPS Download speed, and around 15 ping. My NAT Type keeps switching between Open, Strict then
over to Moderate, one minute it says it's fine but i will run a test straight after and it says the NAT Type is strict, then i run another test straight after and it says its Open. it keeps switching between all the different NAT Type options. But this is
leading to constant lag in certain games only on Xbox. Some games are fine and some others lag very badly. For example i have 9 games on my Xbox. I only lag on 2 games. NBA LIVE 18 and NBA 2K18. Within the house we have 2 Xbox's and on our other Xbox is it
just them 2 games we experience constant lag. But no one else experiences this problem. I know many friends that i have asked and they do not experience any lag. Also contacted people within the game and they say they have no problems. But as i mentioned its
only on 2 games where the NAT Type messes these two games up. But no problems on other games such as Battlegrounds, Black ops, Fifa, Forza, Fortnite.

Have you port forwarded any network ports on your console. If you have not can follow this support guide Xbox One Network Ports | Xbox Live Network Ports.
This should help solve some of your port issues and NAT issues within the game.
