    Additional Network Ports for Multiplayer Gaming: Having difficulty opening ports on VM Router
    Your RTT of 160 ms has no relationship whether you're forwarding traffic towards specific services on your network, or not.

    It would be better if you could tell us where you connect from as well as your WAN connection type.

    Please do keep in mind that most speedtest site tests are, by default, based on the lowest RTT metric. Meaning, it collect a handful of test servers within your proximity (region). The one server with the lowest round-trip time is elected and tested against.
    Such as your ping and throughput.

    The Xbox one's ping/throughput (within your console's network settings) is based on, and tested, towards a server located in Seattle, WA (US).
