Additional Network Ports for Multiplayer Gaming: Having difficulty opening ports on VM Router
Your RTT of 160 ms has no relationship whether you're forwarding traffic towards specific services on your network, or not.

It would be better if you could tell us where you connect from as well as your WAN connection type.

Please do keep in mind that most speedtest site tests are, by default, based on the lowest RTT metric. Meaning, it collect a handful of test servers within your proximity (region). The one server with the lowest round-trip time is elected and tested against.
Such as your ping and throughput.

The Xbox one's ping/throughput (within your console's network settings) is based on, and tested, towards a server located in Seattle, WA (US).

    :)

Latency problems with the Xbox App on pc

    Hi,

Make sure to have these port open

These ports must be open for Xbox Live to work:

    • Port 88 (UDP)
    • Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
    • Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
    • Port 80 (TCP)
    • Port 500 (UDP)
    • Port 3544 (UDP)
    • Port 4500 (UDP)

Note Some game developers require you to open additional ports. You should always check the game developer's website to see if the game you're playing needs
    additional ports to work.

You can also find information about opening ports on your router at the
Port Forward website. This website lists commonly used ports for various apps and games, but if your router isn't listed or you need more help, contact your internet service provider
    or router manufacturer.

If you're connected to a network through your workplace or school, ask the network administrator to open these ports.

Trying to Fix Xbox Live Multiplayer settings on Pc

    HI,

Have you tried the following at
    https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/connect-network/network-ports-used-xbox-live

Network ports used by Xbox Live on Xbox One

A network port lets your Xbox One console communicate with the Xbox Live servers and other Xbox One consoles over the internet.
To let your Xbox One console communicate with Xbox Live, you might need to open or forward ports, which means you'll be making a configuration change to your firewall or network hardware, such as a router. Port forwarding for Xbox One is done on
your router or other network hardware, not on the Xbox console itself.

These ports must be open for Xbox Live to work:

    • Port 88 (UDP)
    • Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
    • Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
    • Port 80 (TCP)
    • Port 500 (UDP)
