    Hey, I got the Xbox One S for Christmas and whenever I try to plug in my ethernet cable, Xbox Live seems to not work. If anybody has any fixes that would be very much appreciated. Additional Network Ports for Multiplayer Gaming: Ethernet Cable Turns Off Xbox Live :)

    hard rest your Xbox by holding it in till it turns off ,than wait for 10-15 seconds and than play

  3. Cannot redownload my Xbox Live account

    Some members have solved this by simply turning off the system, connecting it to the router/modem via ETHERNET cable. After go to:

    "Systems>Network Settings>Wired Network>Configure Network>Additional Settings>Restore to Factory Defaults. Followed by "Test Xbox Live Connection in Network Settings"
