    Additional Microsoft Jigsaw collections not downloading.


    I have purchased additional Microsoft Jigsaw collections. The purchase completes & I click the various "download" buttons but the collection status bars never show any progress (even after several hours) and the collections never download. My network connection
    is fine and I have successfully done this in the past. I ran the "the troubleshooter for Windows apps" app. and it came back with:

    Windows Store cache may be damaged Not fixed

    Reset and open Windows Store Completed

    and the problem still exists. What do I have to do to fix this problem?

    New collections won't download.

    I've purchased several new collections in Microsoft Jigsaw. I click "Download," it says "Downloading," and nothing happens.

    Downloadable Collections not accessable

    After successfully using Microsoft Jigsaw for weeks and buying/downloading several "downloadable collections" successfully I suddenly can't get the link to view downloadable collections to work. Clicking on "view all collections" results in the window closing
    and a progress indicator suggesting it is loading the collections ... then Jigsaw exits completely back to the OS and is closed. I'm running Jigsaw on Windows 10 ... Microsoft Surface Book, which is 100% updated. Anyone have a suggestion on how this can
    be resolved?

    Once you launch the Microsoft Jigsaw game, got to Classic Jigsaw and you will see your collections, ones that can be downloaded, or where you can create your own from photos.

    I have similar problem. I couldn't download any additional jigsaws. Downloading goes to 1% and stops.

    I was unable to resolve the sign-in issues despite numerous attempts. However, upon installation of Build 10030 my Solitaire signed in without issue. Microsoft Jigsaw also signed in correctly but the 2 newly purchased collections were not available for download,
    although all the other of my previous collections downloaded without incident... any suggestions?
