additional account don't work

Discus and support additional account don't work in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Hello, i' d purchased the new DLC of Destiny with my Main Account. Everything works fine.     additional account don't work


    Hello,

    i' d purchased the new DLC of Destiny with my Main Account. Everything works fine. But in the moment it is not possible for

    other family members to play this game/ DLC. Normally it was no problem that other accounts of the family play that game. Now they are asked to buy it once again.

    Did Microsoft changed the politicy ? I had contact to Bungie but they said it's a problem of Digital Right Management. Or maybe there is something wrong in the

    settings, that i don' t know.

    I'm trying to set my son's Xbox up with a gold membership. I have gold myself and it's not letting me add my debit card and address to his do I need the family account?

    Here's a few things you can try:

    1. Make sure your Xbox is set as the "Home Xbox" console.

    2. I'm also assuming you have an Xbox Live Gold account? Destiny is an online based game so if you're having issues with an internet connection, that could cause this issue as well.

    3. Make sure your account is signed in and then sign their's in along with yours. That should fix the issue with sharing the DLC's. Let me know how it goes!

    Thanks for the answer. But it wasn't successfull.

    2. Gold account is active till november. So from this side there is no problem.

    3. Yes we did it in this way.

    I have deleted also the accounts on the xbox and installed them once again. But no success. They asked me to purchase Xbox Gold for the other accounts. Is Xbox Gold not for all accounts on the box anymore? Every account has to buy them by themself ?

    I can remember there is such things, but i am not sure

    Controller x2 don't work on account

    Hi. Yes he has two gamer tags. But the one he wants to use is the one with the xbox live on. But this account is the one which the controllers don't work on. Im sure they don't need an update as they both work fine on his other account and on his brothers
    xbox.
