Adding the Dukes from gta 4 and new update idea.

Final Fantasy XIV A Realm Reborn on the 'other' console's, previous incarnation, is already pushing it to it's limits, hardware wise. Only on the 'other' companies next gen console, is it working next to perfectly.

I'm thinking that's the same case here with GTAO (and other games being ported over to the next gen consoles) in that while GTAV/O are for the Xbox 360/other console, they won't really 'shine' per se until the Xbox One/Other console re-release.

 

^^ that's exactly what I was thinking. most of the games that are out now days they load slow because the xbox 360 is pushing at its peak, but on the xbox one, its nothing, so they can add more content and it will still be close to nothing. I cant wait to
see the games that come out in a few years from now once developers figure out everything the xbox one can handle.

 

I dunno, rather have the Scooby Doo van, with real action smoke when getting in and out........

 

Though isn’t it about licensing issues? Why cars are sort of mixed model and odd names. Shoot everything is like that in the game. Close enough so you know what it is, but not direct carbon copies where there would royalties to pay.

Without bringing up what has already been said, I'll just say that some of C*'s latest techniques with GTA: O have been "unethical". @Zone, why wouldn't BAD 2020 defend C*? He hasn't been [bleep] up the [bleep] yet by them, but when he does I will gladly
drink the tears of betrayal. Just because you have a crew that worked out doesn't mean that everyone else's idea for a crew wasn't completely trampled on by C*'s giant foot! I'll stop there!

Have you ever thought that perhaps it's not Rockstar's fault... but rather a percentage of the fanbase with higher than average expectations for what they THOUGHT GTAV/O was going to be like? Remember this is technically Rockstar's first foray into a online-esque
style game, so of course there's going to be problems. Cut them some slack... and be patient. Majority of Online games which aren't your standard MP style (looking at GTAIV's MP for example), don't offer as much freedom and versatility as what we have at the
moment in GTAO. There will ALWAYS be unforseen problems in every online game as that is the nature of the beast.

Rockstar (and other companies) don't answer to the fans, consumers etc... they answer to their financial backers, the ones who give them the money to make games. They are the first priority, then everyone else. Yourself and everyone who screams that they
are just money hungry etc... well, partially correct... they have others to answer to with that money. Also, the Sharkcards which some people have complained about as 'cheating'... Consider this: All the DLC we've received so far, is already paid for in advance
by those who purchase those cards (BioWare did the same thing with the MP for Mass Effect 3... buy the packs to get better gear, but all the DLC for the MP was 'free'... as it was already paid for by those buying the packs with MS Points).

C* should adopt a new policy then and cater or listen to their fans. I've seen a lot of good ideas given to them and they just ignore them. They also double-talk. One example: C* themselves said they would leave some glitches in GTA: O as long as it did
not affect anyone. Well, a few days later, they patched most of the fun glitches (gate glitch, custom-emblems, and a few others). I am right when I say they are just after the money. I'm also right when I say they are liars! "Expect heists coming soon!" Soon
= years in C*'s dictionary apparently. Buying sharkcards is also partially "cheating". If I can't afford sharkcards and have to grind missions while you can just buy your money, now you can purchase stuff that I can't, thereby giving you better cars, weapons,

You need to realize when I'm making jokes and when I'm serious. The above that you quoted was a joke, LOL. I think the Xbox ONE and PS4 will come close to PC version of GTA: V but PC STILL has the upper hand and most of the time does when it comes to gaming.
I never realized you had respect for me at all. I'm touched. What you call "biased opinion" I unfortunately call factual inference. Consoles use outdated equipment compared to PC versions. Unless they are ported, PC versions are usually much better than their
console versions. Not only that, the added ability to modify the game to the will of one's imagination also is a plus. And you show that you don't have enough experience with PC gaming or else you might be playing a different tune. I've used computers for
work and play (gaming) and being a former console player, there is a BIG difference to PC gaming compared to console versions. A computer CAN be made specifically for gaming. What "machine" you claim to be made specifically for gaming is using outdated graphics
cards, processors, and possibly every other component. In the end, you should try gaming on a PC before you go knocking it, my friend. You might be surprised.

GTAIV's free roam is vastly different than that of GTA Online and you know it. It's a new experience for them and they tried to combine both traditional free roam with a MMO element. You can not compare the MP of GTAIV's with the Online element of GTAV as
they are two different beasts, they have similarities yes, but are two different entities.

Oh, so Rockstar is responsible for idiot hackers, altering the game codes for their own benefit eh? It's not just games by Rockstar, but EVERY game can be hacked and altered with mods nowadays (mainly on PC though). Altering a games mechanics was even done
on the NES and such with devices like the Game Genie, Action Replay and others. Is it the developer's fault for devices such as these or for those who can't get far in the game legitimately or just want to mess around and do stupid crap? No. People are getting
smarter now and tech savy... there are those who decide to do the above and (in most cases) do it to

First, the companies name is ROCKSTAR... not the derogative one which you are implying. Second, of course fan input is important, but once again just because the fans demand it, does not mean that they’ll implement the idea right away (nor at all). You seem
to think that these companies have infinite budget to spend on using all of these ‘bright ideas’, without thinking of the plausibility or if they’ll have any unforseen effect to the rest of the overall gaming experience.

Like I said, yes, they are after money. They’re a business first and foremost, and to fund future products etc, of course they need money. You think they do this out of their own wallets/bank accounts/goodness of their hearts? No, they want to make money,
just like every other business on the planet. To do so, they release products which in turn was made by money invested into them by their shareholders/backers/etc. Rockstar has a responsibility to those investors first and foremost, to everyone else second.

Buying Sharkcards is cheating eh?, it’s not. It’s a shortcut for those who want to get things without having to grind for the money to get them. You seem to forget that most items available for purchase are either locked via level or have to be unlocked
via other means (mods for vehicles are unlocked via level and/or how many races won etc). Example, a level 10 player is limited in what they can purchase compared to a level 20 player, so your argument that “If I can't afford Sharkcards and have to grind missions

DICE have the shortcuts in place for Battlefield 3 and 4 for weapons and vehicles and even BioWare used money transactions for Mass Effect 3’s MP store. Players spend money for the packs to get everything from the start, while others choose to play the game
as it was intended and EARN the unlocks.

A PC is capable of so much more and focusing on just one use for it, is limiting it’s potential and is a waste of money. Game consoles have (Or had I should say) one purpose, and that is for gaming. They are also far more affordable than a gaming PC, where
you have to upgrade it on a regular basis just to keep up with new programs, GAMES, etc.

I do not need to modify or alter a game, as I’m happy with what I have been given in my purchase.

PC gaming now, does not interest me as it did back in the 90’s-00’s. Unlike someone who has money coming out of their
[Mod Removed], I can not justify upgrading a PC every 6 months just to be able to play a game. Consoles are more affordable and easier to store for myself (and others I’m sure) and that is the main drawing point.

In closing, I “HAVE” tried gaming on a PC and yes I did enjoy it as the games I played I truly did enjoy. Now, I am more of a console gaming. I do not need mods to break a game down and build it up again how I want.

It all boils down to Legend (who said himself) that he and some friends got owned by hackers who were using god mode. Some people only learn by making this mistake on their own. Public rooms should be avoided at this point in time. I have even talked to
Rockstar lately about a problem im having in my game and they themselves said its best to stay away from public rooms until the modders have been dealt with. Obviously that was enough to make his friends quit because he has stated that he doesnt play in private
because all his friends quit playing GTAO. Rockstar is aware of the money stealing,
[Mod Removed] mod, god mod, and others. as for cash cards they are not profit for Rockstar, they turn that money around and give us all free DLC. You see once a game is created a company does not want to put more money into the game. It would
take away the net profit for the game. So if they offer something that may help people who need it and make some money to put back into the game with free DLC then I see no harm or foul with these shark cards. Also Legend the new way of making money is much
better. You, I ,and many countless others had to grind to make our money. I mean how many times have we all played rooftop rumble. Answer: So many times we were all sick of it but its how we made our money. Now you get to play a huge variety of maps. Even
some you had not played since your first month of GTA. The profit is larger. If you know which maps to play you can net about 25,000 per map. So you play 4 and thats 100,000. Which is much quicker than 6 Rooftop Rumbles which would net you a bit over 100,000.
People who dont like it lack the intelligence of such a brilliant idea by Rockstar.

or has some knowledge of the game and it's content.

I gave up on crews because most of them are those PoS Mafia/Mob crews or ones that don't share the viewpoints of me and my friends. Yes, I wanted to run a police roleplay crew, so what? We actually had support for it at one time (being able to store any
vehicle in a garage) and I used it! I'll admit it, but only to get the cop cars. I had every single vehicle from the game in my garages on both characters. One was specifically for Sheriff vehicles and the other LSPD. I started my first crew on GTA: O, a Sheriff
crew, and it ran well until C* took EVERY VEHICLE I HAD! I woke up the next day to an EMPTY garage and I was livid! the only reason that EVER happened is because of the players who exploited it (as usual) with putting Tanks, Jets, and Cargobobs into the garages.
Storing police cars probably wouldn't have been as bad as C* made it sound, but of course it is always that bad apples that ruin the bunch. One of reasons, to this day, I refuse to give C* any sign of respect is because of this, how they handled it, and their
excuse! How did they handle it? they got rid of EVERYTHING! Why? Cop cars are harmless! What did they possibly do that was so bad (besides being inside our [bleep] garages)? Then to add to that, their excuse was "because it would give players bad sport". OK,
so why not integrate them into Pegasus rather than outright get rid of ALL of them and restrict ANY use of them to us??? [bleep] you, C*. You have rightfully earned that name in my eyes.

So, with no cop cars or anyway to really maintain the Sheriff crew, it fell apart. So, then my friends and I decided we go with the next level of LE that we could actually make work: ARMY. Originally, it was going to be like any of the other crews out there:
shoot to kill those who disrespect you or you don't like, but I talked my friend out of that idea and we were able to make an organized, and respectful crew. We could also use EVERY military vehicle because C* doesn't like to touch their precious Pegasus vehicles!
In the end, it was the only other option we could think of without resorting to "criminal factions". We wanted to be innovative, not conformists! My friends and I will always have different mindsets of how GTA: O can be played. I myself view it as an RPG that
does not necessarily have to be about crime and DMing!

I didn't complain about it because I would think most of you were tired of hearing it. Now I just use it sarcastically in some of my posts. I have found fun in "other areas" but they are in ways you wouldn't think of playing the game. Really? GTA: O wasn't
made for me? Of course it wasn't made for me! Neither was it made for you too. What are you trying to get at? Just because I don't play the way you do you think this game wasn't "made for me"? It was made for everyone, honestly. C* is trying to reach out to
as many fanbases as it can, and when they include RP aspects to it, then I get interested. As a matter of fact, this new update has me coming back after so long. Let's see how long I stay...

Cruiser. Am I playing the game wrong? My mistake; I thought this was a "SANDBOX" game! A game where you can do whatever the flying [bleep] you want! Your interpretation of how this game should be played si simply a reflection of your opinion on how to play.
If you want to go around the map killing everyone in sight then you can; you can also just drve around the map and try to challenge other players. You can even freely play Darts, Tennis, and Golf. It doesn't always have to be about killing, doing missions,
or playing as a criminal! If I want to dress like a LSSD deputy, pick up a Sheriff Cruiser and just drive around the map "patrolling" for crime, I'll gladly do it and I won't let you tell me otherwise because this game allows you to do whatever you want! There
is no set standard or ONE-WAY to play! I'll do what I darn well please!

Justice doesn't exist in Los Santos? Try telling that to all the other police agencies that are in GTA: O. It does exist, we just haven't been very successful. Los Santos is slowly becoming like San Paro. Justice does exist, however, because there are consequences
for your actions if you choose to play the way you aren't supposed to. It is called the "Bad Sport" lobby and it is hinted at you when you do something that would make you a Bad Sport.
