    I keep trying to add a friend via the xbox phone app but the wrong person keeps popping up and I'm typing out my friends gamertag correctly they just have the same gamertag and itll only show me one person

    The only difference between my friends and the random persons was my friend has 1 capital and the random person had 2 and I typed it out with 1 but it kept taking me to the random persons who had 2

    Ask your friend if they have numbers at the end of their tag. It's possible to have the same tag as another person now, but additional tags will have a suffix at the end to help differentiate between the accounts.

    I always have to go into my Xbox app on my phone to see someone has added me. it used to work on my xbox but not anymore. I wish there was an easier way to tell when someone deleted me too.
