    my son only has 3 friends on the Xbox ( he's 8 ) and one of them is not appearing at all on his list. When he finds him, he is showing offline when he isn't and when we submit to add him ( again ) the Xbox indicates that he's already his friend! We've even
    tried blocking and then unblocking him! Help!? Please!

    His friend might have his online status hidden. He would have to look at his gamer card profile and enable the option to show his account online when he's signed into Live. Might also be a parental setting the parents have set on his account. Not much you
    can do on your end.

    Your friends list is "still" there. Its just having issues at the moment. I to am having this issue. It will be resolved soon.

    Adding and removing friends

    Try clearing your consoles cache.

    Go to memory> highlight the HDD> pressY.

    If that does nothing then try deleting and recovering your profile from your console.

    (Be sure to only delete the profile and NOT the items or you will lose your saves etc).

    Hope this sorts it for you.
