Adding profile error

I am on day 3 of my Xbox One not working properly. I have been on contact with Chat support and have done all of the troubleshooting; holding the Xbox button on the console, unplugging every cord for 2 minutes, checking network status multiple times.

During trouble shooting we removed my profile, and upon trying to add it I get the error code 0x80073cf6 , which doesn't exist on xbox.com/errorhelp .

Can't download profile!

Tried downloading my profile four times over the last month, it always gives me error message:

Error code 800704DC

I've tried deleting and re adding the router, signing in and out online on a laptop, changing password and still nothing.

The Code 0x80073cf6 Does exist but has not been encountered by many players and has not been reported.

As for your Xbox not adding your profile what i recommend you telling us what your network details are so we can forward our assistance

Settings - Network - Detailed Network Statistics

Copy What you see when it's done. Such as the Download Speed, Upload Speed, Packet Loss, Latency and Wireless Strength.

 

Download speed MTU

6.84 Mbps 1480

Upload speed Latency

0.52 Mbps 101 ms

Packet loss Wireless Strength

0% 100%

Sorry you're having issues with your profile. It looks like this is related to downloading / installing items, and I've seen where it's cached and/or content related. As it sounds like you've done the cache clear, network tests, and power cycles I would
suggest doing the following. First, try resetting your Microsoft Account Password
here. After that has been reset, and you can verify you can login via a web browser, try to download your profile again. If it still doesn't work, then i would suggest doing a

factory reset. Note, that this will erase all your content on your Xbox. That said your game saves and settings should be saved online. You'll just have to re-install your games.
