Adding new GamerTag/Profile

Can I add a new GamerTag/Profile with the same email address as my current GamerTag/Profile or do the email address have to be different for the 2nd GamerTag/Profile? I needed to use the 2nd GamerTag/Profile for the 2nd controller for the achievements (such
as Gears of War or Lara Croft: Guard of the Light).

Gamer profile issue

Problem solved created a new sdult profile and linked it old gamertag. Then changed settings and now can play online!

 

Can't sign in on my Xbox

Try adding a new profile by following the instructions below, then enter the new email and PW and see if that works.

I believe so yes you will need a new email for the new account pretty sure

 

You need a different Microsoft email for the second profile so you could use a Hotmail account that you already use for your second account.

 

Basically, I just create a new GamerTag/Profile, then use the existing different email (yahoo) just for the 2nd controller free of charge?

 

If i read right yes the second controller just cant go into online matches etc

 

I created a new GamerTag (and for some reason, didn't require the email for it), so I can use the 2nd controller for it and got some achievements for my main GamerTag, so it does work. Thank you very much for the help.
