Adding my daughters account on my xbox!!!!

Goodevening. I added my daughters account on my xbox 360. We (my daughter and I) made her account with following : MAJjespersen email account
[Mod Removed] and so on, afterwards we when finishing all the steps for making an account: this turns up riestFour33 as my daugherts gamertag, why did her first Gamertag change from MAJjespersen to DriestFour33??????????????????????????????????????????????????
we haven´t changed it. (my daugher and i). We went on xbox.com to change her gamertag. And there we found out that SulkyBanjo64616 and DriestFour33 had changed my daughers gametag. Who the F... are theese 2 gamers and why did this occur?.... I have afterwards
paid 75 danish crowns to change my daughters GAMERTAG. unfortunately MAJjespersen was suddenly taken, so we chose her a new gamertag: majjespersen98. I SERIOUSLY wanna know why this happened, a angry mom and 75 crowns out of my pocket. And the funny thing
is that we can´t download her profile after i paid for her new gamertag. Can someone explain this in ahurry. best regard PIAjespersen xbox 360

Adding a member to Family Pack

Sadly, I am also experiencing the same problem. I was trying to add my daughters to the family live account, and couldn't add either. We finally gave up, and I created a new account for one of my daughters. That added just fine. There seems to be
an issue adding existing live accounts to the family membership.

I tried all the steps that Vibroplex mentioned... no luck for me. I also wasted 90 minutes using the online chat support for XBOX live... no luck there either.

Season Pass & Family Live account

Not on my account. I downloaded my daughters account to my XBOX and had all access to all the maps and the Peacekeeper. something is screwy on your account I would think.

Was the MAJjespersen profile name used for an offline account before it was made into an Xbox Live profile? If you converted a console only / offline account into an Xbox Live account, it would have been given a generic gamertag by default. These default
gamertags tend to be two random words and a number and are assigned because every online account must be assigned a different profile name / gamertag for identification purposes. It's all too common for people to want to use the same name.

I cannot say whether another person has used the MAJjespersen name for another Microsoft account (not necessarily for Xbox), but it is possible; it could have spaces or other capitalization in it and the system would not see a difference between it and the
one you wanted. You may have even used it for her for some other Microsoft service in the past while attached to a different e-mail than the one used to create the Xbox Live account, but obviously I don't know; I'm just mentioning possibilities.

If you created a new profile for the XboxOne and also added your daughters account onto that console that you could play multiplayer on that console without a seperate live account if you set the new console as the Home console.

To do this while you are logged onto your daughters account select

System > Settings > Personalisation and My Home Xbox and select Make this my home xbox.

I have my acvount and added on a childs account for my daughter. They would need to recompleye all the achievements but then this new account will do them for thw rest of their lives.

We've created a dummy account which my wife is able to add and remove on her account, but doesnt work with neither my account () or my daughters (PrincessFaith15) so it appears the problem is with creating and adding of family on those 2 accounts.
