Adding in postal code when keying details

What is postal code required when adding in a credit card or debit card? I key in my postal code and it stated that incorrectly formatted postal code.How many digits postal code should be key in?

it's the postal code where you live. Is your xbox region set to the country you live in?

I live in Canada, for some reason after I added a space in the postal code it worked again....

Yes I tried that It wouldn’t take the

Postal code there I don’t know why because I know for a fact that it’s my postal code so I don’t know if There’s a specific way to put it in or what but When I put it in like normal it says postal code is wrongly formatted

Your postal code has 5 digits? If not, please try adding a 0 at the beginning

If maybe that doesn’t work, try using a different zip code (but close to your house)
