Adding Friends

Discus and support Adding Friends in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I was having an issues with adding friends. I have even tried to add friends online and still have had no success.     Adding Friends


    I was having an issues with adding friends. I have even tried to add friends online and still have had no success. It gives date and time for the error but no error code or ID of any kind. online it says that my friend doesn't
    exist. I have verified his gametag with him after trying several time last night and still can't add him.

    When trying to add friends on the xbox it gives me the message "Can't complete this process. Please try again. For more info, visit www.xbox.com/support."

    Any suggestions on a way to fix this?

    Hey there, Gunta86! There are a few troubleshooting steps that Mister Beep posted above to help you out. This thread is a bit old. If those don't work for you, please post up a new thread detailing what you're running into and troubleshooting you've completed.

    Did check Xbox Live service and to see if that Social aspect was up and working? That usually causes this.

    I'm having the same issue. I was sent a friend request yesterday and could accept it, but I can't send one out.

    I dont know whats up but im trying to send a friend request to my friend and it says " Can't complete this process." Does any one know how to do this?

    Have you been able to find the profile of his account and can't friend through his profile link? Or are you just unable to find the gamertag?
