Adding Friends

Discus and support Adding Friends in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I was having an issues with adding friends. I have even tried to add friends online and still have had no success.     Adding Friends


    I was having an issues with adding friends. I have even tried to add friends online and still have had no success. It gives date and time for the error but no error code or ID of any kind. the other thing is when I look for my
    friend gametag it says he cant be found? I know that I spelled it correctly because I called him to check after I tried a few times.

    When trying to add friends it gives me the message "Can't complete this process. Please try again. For more info, visit www.xbox.com/support."

    Any suggestions on a way to fix this?

    Hey there, Gunta86! There are a few troubleshooting steps that Mister Beep posted above to help you out. This thread is a bit old. If those don't work for you, please post up a new thread detailing what you're running into and troubleshooting you've completed.
