Adding friends to gift

Yes, there should have been a message somewhere along the way during the gifting process to let you know that gifted games are region specific. For instance, games are often more expensive in the UK than in the US, as they don't have VAT added on, so this
prevents people from sending money to friends in the US, to gift them a game from there, and therefore get around the added expense. When you get a hold of Support, let them know what happened and see if they can work with you on refunding the gifted code,
as your friend can't use it in the UK.

I bought the bundle as a gift for a friend, I don't even see the game I added in my account at all. where is microsoft's contact email? all i can find are phone numbers.

To buy V-Bucks, you can follow these steps:

Purchase V-Bucks from the Fortnite store or a trusted retailer.

When you complete your purchase, you will receive a gift card code.

Give the gift card code to your friend.

Your friend will be able to redeem the gift card code in the Fortnite store. Once you redeem the code, the V-Bucks will be added to your Fortnite account.

I apologize for not answering your other question. As for adding more gift cards to the account, were you only signed into to your son's account on the Xbox when you added the gift card? If not, try signing out on all other accounts on that Xbox before
adding the gift card. It shouldn't matter, but worth trying.

Basically they should add what Steam has for PC users, mainly when you click Buy on a game it asks you if you want to add it to your logged in account or gift it to another.

The same could happen on Xbox, click buy, get an option of adding it to the logged in gamertag/account or gift it to another.

Might need to localize it, so people in other country markets can't gift it to others, violating local market laws/tax issues, but still, a gifting system would be extremely usefull and nice to have.
