Adding Friends Error

I tried to add a friend of mine this morning, and was given an error that reads:

"Can't complete this process. Please try again, For more info, visit
www.xbox.com/support"

I'm not entirely sure whether this is suitable for this section of the forum, so apologies if I had it wrong.

Any support is overly appreciated.

Hey there EHX1.

Sounds like an odd issue, are you by chance able to send this friend an Xbox Live message still? Is it possible they accidentally blocked you without knowing it? Let us know what's up so we can best help out

This tends to happen when servers are somewhat overloaded with data, give it a few hours and it should work.

Thanks for the reply! It turned that he had somehow blocked me, however, we are not sure how this happened. We are now friends and can chat.
